Hammer mill

After the removal of water and the extraction of fat, the grinding the solid fraction into meat and bone meal by means of a hammer mill is the last step in the rendering process.

The hammer mill grinds cooled press cakes into meat and bone meal of less than 2 mm. Available in 30-45-75-90 KW and 1500 or 3000 rpm, it has a processing capacity of up to 6T/h.


The hammer mill grinds the cooled press cakes into flour smaller than 2 mm.
