RENTEC builds stationary roller screens for the correct screening of fines (ECODISC®) or for the removal of oversized coarse parts (SCALPEL) to avoid clogging in the subsequent treatment process. The type of application determines the geometry of the screening rollers, the width and length of the screening deck.

SCALPEL screen

The SCALPEL roller screen removes over-sized fractions +300x300 mm and +450 mm from a mixed, metered waste stream.
ECODISC screen

The ECODISC roller screen removes fractions smaller than 100 mm from a mixed, metered waste stream.
