Mobile shredders McCloskey Environmental

The McCloskey Environmental ES-250 and ESS-300 are tracked primary shredders capable of effectively and reliably shredding virtually any type of material. Designed to meet the needs of plants in which the incoming materials vary greatly in terms of size, composition, and difficulty to shred.

They are available in following version, depending on the capacity :

ES-250
Slow speed double rotor pre-shredder on tracks.

ESS-300
Slow speed mono rotor pre-shredder on tracks.

The interaction between the rotating knives on the dual shafts running asynchronously in both directions ensures the input material is constantly moving to prevent bridging and maximizing shredding efficiency.

The ESS-300 even has replaceable mesh setup allows the machine to perform to a number of different specifications of output material, with varying piece size. The quick change nature of these meshes is possible because of a side opening on the chamber which is opened and closed via hydraulic cylinder.
